Dovetailors Wins Customer Service Award

Leeds furniture company Dovetailors has won a national award recognizing excellence in customer service.

The firm, which designs and manufactures bespoke furniture, kitchens and bedrooms at its workshop in Sunny Bank Mills, Farsley, was voted for the award by visitors to the home renovation and design website Houzz.

The Best Of Houzz Customer Service accolade was based on the number and quality of client reviews received in 2015.

“Anyone building, renovating or decorating looks to Houzz for the most talented and service-oriented professionals” said Andrew Small, Managing Director of Houzz UK.

“We’re so pleased to recognize Dovetailors, voted one of our “Best Of Houzz” professionals by our enormous community of homeowners and design enthusiasts actively renovating and decorating their homes.”

As well as designing for individuals, Dovetailors also undertakes commissions for commercial organisations and institutions and has recently completed a series of projects for Wakefield Cathedral and Sheffield Cathedral.

David Wilson, creative director at Dovetailors, said: “The way we work with our customers is the thing that sets us apart so this award is incredibly important to us.

“Our customers are very much a part of our design process and when we are creating a new product for them we embark on a journey together which can ultimately take us to a place that neither of us had anticipated.”
